We will manage work and administer all subcontracts as well as manage cost control, schedule, submittal requirements, document control, and project close out. We closely monitor all aspects of the project in order to quickly identify issues that could impact the budget or timeline. Our team of licensed professionals coordinate every facet of your project with tight coordination of job sites and strong partnerships with subcontractors and other partners. By managing the project in a way that minimizes change orders as much as possible, we are able to deliver quality, cost-effective projects in a timely manner.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

At Onsite we know that preconstruction sets the stage for the entire project, and the key to a successful on-time and on-budget project is an accurate road map. During this critical phase of the project, we work with the Client and design team to create that roadmap with an understanding of the design parameters, scope of work, quality requirements, schedule and budget. We will collaborate with the design team to identify and address challenges that may impact the final product, timeline or budget. Onsite will serve as consultant to the owner and architect and advise owners on whether to stay on course with a particular design concept, modify the design, or expand design goals. Onsite offers our expertise in every element of the preconstruction phase including land use and development, project team member recommendations, search and conceptual planning, budgeting, coordination of schedule, cost analysis, and value engineering. At Onsite we act as advocates for our clients, performing due diligence in the preconstruction phase, minimizing risks for our clients and starting projects off on their best footing.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As the preconstruction phase concludes, we continue to ramp up our resources to ensure the project finishes on time and on budget with a seamless transition. As your construction manager, Onsite will consult and coordinate with you and other team members as necessary with the purpose of handling schedule coordination, cost analysis, and value engineering to ensure a timely and on budget project completion. Choosing the right subcontractors and suppliers is critical, as is laying out the job site for maximum efficiency and safety. Seamless transition from preconstruction into construction assures that Onsite’s construction team (including all subcontractors) fully understand the plans, specs, and overall expectations of the client.
